Ensuring the Best Experience

At The Vault Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave by maintaining a professional and courteous environment.  Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. Little ones, Tweens & Teens:

To ensure that we may protect all our visitors and employees of the Salon, please consider arranging care for small children during your visit.  We use expensive equipment, hot tools and chemicals in our work area.  If your child has electronic entertainment, please provide them with headphones as we want to provide a relaxing experience for our clients. We ask that you accompany children during their appointment. 

Those over the age of 12,  receiving services must be accompanied by a parent during the consultation portion of the appointment.

Cancellation/No Shows:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if needed.  We understand that things happen beyond our control. If you see that you will be more that 5 minutes behind arriving for your appointment, please contact your stylist to make sure we will be able to accommodate you when you arrive.

CANCELLATIONS:

*PLEASE READ*

A credit card is requested for booking all extended and chemical services and we ask that you give us 48 hours notice of any changes or cancellations. While emergencies do happen, in letting us know, this allows your stylist time to refill your spot. To avoid charges, please notify the salon  at least 24 hours before your service. Cancellations of less than 24 hours before service will result in a charge of 50% of service cost; No shows will be charged the full treatment charge. 

NO SHOW: A “no show” is a client who does not answer or show up to an appointment. Any cancellations up to 4 hours before a service is considered a no show.  Cancellation policy rules will apply.
