Your Reservation Experience

At The Vault Salon, every detail is thoughtfully curated to provide a seamless, elevated experience from the moment you reserve your appointment to the moment you leave our chairs.

To ensure the highest level of service, we ask that all guests review the following guidelines prior to their visit.

Reservations & Deposits

 

To secure your reservation, a $25 non-refundable retainer is required for all extended and chemical services.

This retainer:

  • Is applied toward your final service total

  • May be transferred up to two times with proper notice

  • Will be forfeited after the second reschedule or in the event of a no-show

This allows us to protect our team’s time while continuing to offer a high-level, personalized experience for every guest.

Cancellations & Adjustments

 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Arrival & Timing

 

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time to settle in.

If you anticipate running behind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure we remain on time for all reservations.

Guest Experience & Space

 

To preserve the calm, elevated atmosphere of The Vault Salon, we kindly ask that guests limit additional visitors during their reservation.

Our space is intentionally designed to create a relaxing and seamless experience for each guest. During peak times, additional guests in the reception and styling areas can impact both comfort and the efficiency of our service flow.

We are fortunate to be located in the heart of the Brick Streets, surrounded by boutiques, cafés, and dessert spots. We encourage friends and family to explore and enjoy the area while we complete your service.

Consultations & Service Customization

 

Every service at The Vault begins with a thorough consultation to ensure we are aligned on your desired results.

For color services and head spa experiences, timing and pricing may vary based on:

  • Hair density

  • Length

  • Previous color history

  • Desired end result

Our goal is to deliver results that maintain the integrity of your hair while achieving your vision.

Extended Hair Considerations

For guests with dense or long hair, additional time may be required to complete your full experience without compromise.

This is especially important for:

  • Head Spa experiences

  • Blowouts and finishing work

  • Color services requiring additional product and time

When needed, your reservation may be adjusted to include an Extended Hair Ritual to ensure a seamless and unhurried experience.
