Beauty Bank Terms & Conditions
The Vault Beauty Bank Terms The Vault Beauty Bank is a convenient way for guests to set aside funds toward future services and retail purchases at The Vault Salon. By enrolling in Beauty Bank, you agree to the following terms: Monthly
Contributions Beauty Bank contributions are processed automatically each month using the payment method provided at enrollment. Clients may select a monthly contribution amount offered by The Vault Salon or a custom amount approved by salon management.
Use of Funds Beauty Bank funds may be applied toward:• Salon services• Head spa treatments• Retail. Haircare products and retail funds cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once deposited.
Balance Accumulation Beauty Bank contributions accumulate in your account and may be used at any time for services or retail purchases. Balances do not expire while the Beauty Bank account remains active.
Appointment Payments Beauty Bank funds will be applied toward services at checkout. If the service total exceeds your Beauty Bank balance, the remaining balance will be charged at the time of your visit.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments Standard salon cancellation policies apply to all Beauty Bank appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in applicable fees.
Membership Changes Clients may adjust their monthly contribution with 30 days notice. Clients may pause their Beauty Bank participation for up to 3 months per calendar year with advance notice.
Account Termination If a client chooses to cancel Beauty Bank participation:• Existing funds remain available for use on services or retail.• Funds are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
Program Changes The Vault Salon reserves the right to modify Beauty Bank terms or contribution options with notice to active participants.
